“This letter is way overdue to express our delight in the care, competence and professionalism shown by each of your crew members, as well as your contract and accounting staff, during our oil-to-gas furnace conversion. Arnold and his assistant did a great job removing our old oil tank, which required the tank to be sawn into manageable pieces. They were able to remove the tank and move through Mrs. Fink’s beautiful backyard gardens with a minimum of disturbance to her planting. The resulting vacant space in the basement was clean: surprisingly devoid of the fuel oil odor I had expected. Keep up the good work, Your employees are your largest asset, no matter what that balance sheet says.”

Mr. Meekins called to say we did an excellent job today with our propane service crew. He said they found unsafe issues and corrected them to protect his family. Mr Meekins also said that we are doing a GREAT job and he highly recommends us to any and all of his family and friends. He said to keep up the good work and we are an excellent company!!!!
Mr. Ward called to compliment our company. He said we gave great service when he called in, and tech was very efficient.
Mr. Mcfadden called because they had an install yesterday—and his wife, who hates any contractors in her house because of the mess and bother, could not say enough nice things about the job done, the techs and the finished product. He went on to say he has never heard this kind of praise from his wife and he knows enough to know the techs were very knowledgeable.
Ms. Lewis called to say Dan Doory came out to service her unit and was so knowledgeable, courteous and all around excellent. She is, and always has been, very happy with the service Carroll provides. She said Dan is exceptional!
Ms. Bochinski called to state that Dominique was great in walking her through getting her heat on. She just wanted the manager to know this.
Mr. Declaris called in to say that the tech was awesome. “He really knows his work.”
